If you desire an analysis of your 401K, we would
be delighted to assist. The analysis will provide you with our recommendation
on which funds to invest in, what percentage of a portfolio should
be invested into each suggested fund, and a chart of what our recommended
analysis would have resulted in based on our actively managed market
risk model. The model is similar to the one used in our managed
accounts business.

In 2006, our Wachovia 401K recommendations outperformed
the S&P 500 Index while taking on only about two-thirds of the
market's risk. That is our primary goal; consistent portfolio gains
with about ½ to 1/3 of the risk of the market. On average,
we trade about twice a year.
